Restart LocalSky now?
The app is briefly unavailable while it comes back (under Docker or the Home Assistant add-on this is automatic; a bare process needs its service manager set to restart on exit).
Restart anyway?
The shut-off backstop closes valves and boot reconciliation double-checks them.
